Community First Bank Announces the Retirement of Long-Time Employees, Dee and Dave Froneyberger

Vernon, IL – Community First Bank of the Heartland is proud to announce the retirement of two esteemed employees, Dee and Dave Froneyberger, who have dedicated nearly 16 and 15 years of exemplary service to our institution. Dee Froneyberger, our Chief Operating Officer, and Dave Froneyberger, a key member of our Loan Support team, have decided to retire simultaneously, marking the end of an era for our bank.
Dee Froneyberger joined Community First Bank almost 16 years ago and quickly rose through the ranks to become COO. Her strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and unwavering commitment to operational excellence have been pivotal in driving the growth and success of our bank. Under her guidance, Community First Bank has achieved numerous milestones and has become a leading financial institution in Jefferson County.
Dave Froneyberger has been a cornerstone of our Loan Support team for 15 years. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality have ensured that our services consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. His contributions have been instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
