Requirements: Must have high school diploma or equivalent, valid IL driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Previous experience working with teenage youth preferred.
Skills: Must be organized, able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and detail oriented. Must be able to interact with, and relate to, diverse groups of people.
Miscellaneous: Must pass all pre-employment drug screens and background clearances. Must maintain driver’s clearance. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
