Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and a valid driver’s license. Child Welfare Employee Licensure (CWEL), previous experience with case management, previous experience with adoption/guardianship subsidy writing experience, and relevant trainings preferred.
Skills: Must be organized, able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and detail oriented. Must be able to interact with, and relate to, diverse groups of people.
Miscellaneous: Must pass all pre-employment drug screens and background clearances. Must maintain the ability to transport clients per DCFS standards. Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the program. Required to work in clients’ homes and community settings.
